I spent 20 years performing services as a union advocate for SEIU/District 1199 West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. Fifteen of those years was as an elected delegate, executive board member, and Ohio State Member Vice President. I spent five years employed by the union as Director of our member resource center, administering and arguing grievances through all levels of the grievance process, culminating in binding arbitration. I was lead advocate on approximately 140 arbitrations including private and public sector arbitrations.
